Wow!!!....that was an excellent lesson last Monday!!....from where I was stood anyway! It was good to see everyone digging deep and pushing themselves to the limit. The harnesses went down well and will be used more often and the sparring was also very, very good. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did, and am I the only one with tight calf muscles this week? So, how was it for you? Garth.

it was really good, but that day i was a bit ill and didn’t feel like training but we trained hard and that s good

Ooooooooooooh my sunburn hurts, boo hoo hoo, Phil you big benny. That was a good workout, my calves feel like lead, but will be worth it in the long run. Love the bungee drills, chuffin awesome george.

Firstly: I thoroughly enjoyed Monday night's session. The harnesses are certainly awesome and sparring was great fun - I ended up only sitting out for three minutes during the whole hour! Sweet! Cardio rules!
Secondly: What is with all the bloody "text speak" spelling on here?!! Surely it takes just as long to type "work" correctly as it does to type "wurk" incorrectly. I don't know... I spend my days slaving my arse off at the chalk-board and for what?!! ... Moan... Grumble... Etc.
